Below is an example of the report that could be generated with your BridalTrack account.
It would list all of your guests' information, as well as recommendations for how their inivitations' envelopes
should be addressed. Remember though, that they are just that--recommendations. BridalTrack applies a
standard set of addressing rules to your data and comes up with the results. Sometimes exceptions do
occur and at the end of this report common exceptions are noted.

When inviting a single person to your wedding, only the inner, invitation envelope has to include a reference to a guest.
The mailing envelope does not include that. Further, it is not even necessary to reference bringing a guest. That is at your discretion.
When addressing invitations to an unmarried couple with different last names, the last name that is alphabetically first is placed
on the line above the other person's name. If they are married, the wife's title and name appears first, then the husband's on the second line.
If an unmarried couple has different addresses, an invitation should be sent individually to both people and allow them each a guest.
Technically, only medical doctors have the word 'Doctor' spelled out in their title. If the person is a Ph.D., dentist or veterinarian then
their title is the abbreviated 'Dr.'
Both 'Ms.' and 'Miss' are acceptable when addressing an invitation to an unmarried female.
For a married woman who
does not share her husband's last name, 'Mrs.' is still the correct title for her.
A divorced or widowed woman who still uses her husband's last name should be addressed as 'Mrs.'.
